Extra weight is always dangerous as it risks your health and its very difficult to reduce weight. I am writing down 10 natural ways to reduce weight.

1. To reduce weight, you can have fruits and green vegetables in your diet as they are low calorie foods.

2. To reduce weight you should avoid intake of too much salt because it can increase your weight.

3. To reduce weight you should avoid milk products (e.g. cheese, butter) because these are rich in fat. Meat and non-vegetarian foods should also be avoided.

4. To reduce weight you should use spices like dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper etc.

5. Vegetables like bitter gourd (Karela), and bitter variety of drumstick are useful for loosing weight.

6. Honey is very useful in reducing weight as it mobilizes the extra deposited fat in the body and puts it into circulation, which is utilized as energy for normal functions. You can start with 10 gm. or a table spoonful to be taken with hot water. Its always great to have it in the morning and also you can add a teaspoonful of fresh lemon juice in it.
